"TRAINING RESOURCES AS IT'S NEEDED"

 

T.R.A.I.N.™ is the six-part product which is used by Myriad Performance Services, Inc. to support, develop, and maintain an effective in-house training effort.  The components of this product - Adjunct Training Services, Transition Services, Consulting Services, Brokered Training, Electronic Training & Support, and Administrative Services, each provide a contiguous role in the self-reliance of a company in meeting its full-spectrum training needs.

 

I.  Adjunct Training Services:

 

Adjunct Training Services provides full-scope training services to you and your staff.   In essence, we would become your training department.  This service is designed to support the company who is just at the point where they are finding themselves needing a significant amount of training, but can't afford to establish a training department.  We would be there when you are reviewing those performance issues, we would be on call when you need to develop a new hire program, we would be there when you are developing a new product and you want to develop a training program to offer to your client.  Again, we would be your training department - without the overhead.

 

II. Transition Services:

 

Transition Services provides the bridge between Adjunct Training Services and your own fully functioning training department.  Finally, you have come to the point where you want to establish a training department.  The revenue supports the need, Personnel is fully behind you, and the line people have been screaming for months.  But, how do you select the right person, what does the right person even look like, how much should they be paid, do we need a techie or a "soft-skills" person? Transition Services can help you select the right people, train those people, and ease their way into such a high visibility role.

 

III. Consulting Services:

 

Consulting Services provides the stop gap measures which all companies need upon occasion.  No matter how effective you are - everyone needs help now and then.  Consulting Services is exactly as it says - pure consulting services.  If you need a quick course on time management, help with the design of training for a new product,  support in the implementation of a new TQM project, development of a CBT or Multimedia project, or your management has assigned the re-engineering responsibilities to the training department - we can be there to help you.  Additionally, we can provide support during the development of  requests for training of other firms, proposal development, and the content for training related documentation.  Consulting Services is designed to be a short term effort - in and out.  This service is not supposed to replace other workers, but to provide brief, intensive, and expert support in the analysis, selection, or development of some product requiring a specific outcome.

 

IV. Brokered Training:

 

As your business grows, we envision you as having training products which would be valued by other client companies.  Brokered Training would permit you to offer a training product to another company without having to deal with the sales effort, contracts, training facilities, and the other mechanics of trying to establish a complete new market.  We would let our clients know of your capabilities and offerings, they would contract through us for you to provide that training.  The pricing would be established at the beginning, you wouldn't have to worry about negotiation, we would set up the facility, and you would bring in revenue without any sales or marketing effort at all.  The specifics of each product, what would be provided, the presentation requirements, and the resources necessary to provide the product would be established before the product was offered.  The only work left to be done would be the scheduling.  Everyone wins!

 

V. Electronic Training and Support:

 

Our electronic training and support services include computer-based training via our proprietary (and frankly, quite functional) Distributed Learning and Communication (DLC™) system which is the cornerstone of our distributed learning methodology. DLC™ is constructed in a modular format and can be developed by virtually ANY department.  Does: HR need to send out information on a new health care system?  Operations have a new standard that needs to be distributed?  Sales want to get an interactive "document" sent to every new or existing client?  DLC™ is the tool for you.  The best part...your IT department will like it as well.  DLC™ is just an easy system to use...throughout your organization...time and time again.

 

VI. Administrative Services:

 

Administrative Services provides the closure to a product being developed for a training program.  These products include the formatting and typing of materials, packaging and printing of both training aids and lesson plans, and the development of graphics.  Often the design and development of training materials takes up the time allotted for training.  Administrative Services allows you to focus on the training - not on the more tedious aspects of getting copies made, graphics made, and documents assembled.  Additionally, in the event that the training is to be provided at a number of differing locations, we can even handle shipping the materials to any location you desire.
