Developed/delivered staff and supervisory leadership training for the UofM Facilities Mgt.;

1984-1986 - Virginia Power Company, Richmond, Virginia
Surry Training Center - Senior Instructor for license class training; to include reactor theory, thermodynamics, material science, transient and accident analysis lectures and simulator training.
North Anna Training Center - Program Coordinator responsible for administration and implementation of the Nuclear Control Room Operator
Development Program and the Non-licensed Operator Continuing Training. With a staff of two on-shift trainers, 53 non-licensed operators were processed through the 8-step 5-year progression toward NRC license class.
Developed and implemented Licensed/Requalification classes/simulator sessions; to include transient and accident analysis, Rev.1 Emergency Response Facility training in classroom and on the simulator, and reactor startup certification.
1982-1984 - Energy Consultants, Inc., Manchester, CT/Pittsburgh, PA.
Regional Manager; responsible for proposal design/development, recruitment, budgeting and project management for the following projects: System Description Development for FP&L and NYPA, ISD Program Development and Design, and Compact Simulator Training.
1980-1982 - Combustion Engineering, Inc., Windsor, CT
Senior Instructor, Nuclear; Designed and Supervised Louisiana Power and Light Observation Training Program at Arkansas Nuclear One. Conducted Introductory and Requalification Compact Simulator Training for Duquesne Light Company. Conducted NRC Examiner Training Program at Oak Ridge, TN.
Developed and presented simulator training programs for RO hot/cold License Certification, SRO requal, and STA training programs. Lectures developed and presented include: Thermodynamics, Stress Management, and Operational Thermal Hydraulics for Operators.
U.S. Navy - Engineroom Supervisor; Nuclear Mechanical Operator.
Stationed aboard the Nuclear Submarine U.S.S. George Bancroft (SSBN 643) in Charleston, S.C./Rota, Spain. Honorably discharged in 1975.
